The Little High Street Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and entering our venue, you agree to the following terms:

Tickets, transfers and refunds

  1. All children and their accompanying adults must have a valid ticket for the session, including babies, crawlers/ pre-walking children.
    • A 'crawler/ pre-walker' is an infant age 6 - 12 months who cannot walk independently, who can use the designated crawler/pre-walker play area.
    • A 'child' is any walking infant, toddler, or child age 1 – 5 years who can navigate the play areas, with or without a walking aid.
    • An 'adult' is a parent or guardian aged 18 or older, or a child age 7 and older who will not use the play equipment.
  2. Priority will be given to prebooked ticket holders we cannot guarantee entry for walk ins.
  3. Where tickets are purchased on behalf of others, the buyer accepts responsibility for notifying all those in their party of The Little High Street terms and conditions.
  4. The ticket price includes admission for one session (90 minutes).
  5. The ticket does not include food and drink.
  6. All tickets & gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  7. Transfers for pre-booked tickets require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the session start time and apply in all circumstances.
  8. Space is limited, and entry is only allowed with a valid ticket. If a customer pre-books but doesn't secure tickets for everyone in their group, we may refuse entry if the session is at capacity. No refunds will be issued, and only those with tickets will be allowed in.
  9. Ticket prices are listed in GBP on our website www.thelittlehighstreet.com but may change at any time. Prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors after booking.
  10. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the session date and time on your email confirmation. Please bring your email as proof of purchase.
  11. Gift vouchers are available for purchase via our website, email or telephone. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. A gift voucher does not guarantee entry into a specific session and can only be used subject to availability.
  12. The Little High Street reserves the right to refuse to accept any vouchers that may have been altered, duplicated or printed by unauthorised personnel.
  13. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  14. The Little High Street cannot be held liable for gift vouchers which are lost or damaged.

Session Times & Closures

  1. We operate pre-defined play sessions. You may turn up at any time during a play session, but you are required to leave at the end of the play session irrespective of the time arrived.
  2. We strictly require that any celebrations or parties be arranged through a formal party booking with our play cafe. Individual bookings to form a group and celebrate a party are not permitted, and group bookings cannot be used for party activities. Please 'contact us' or speak to a member of staff to secure a dedicated party reservation.
  3. In the event of an emergency or exceptional circumstances such as flooding, fire or bad weather etc, we may need to close The Little High Street at short notice. In these cases, a refund of your ticket will be given.

Rules of Entry

  1. The Little High Street does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children within the premises, therefore all children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.
  2. To prevent the spread of infection, visitors who are unwell or have been unwell must not visit the centre for 48 hours (or until no longer contagious for illnesses like chickenpox, hand-foot-and-mouth, or COVID). No refunds will be issued, and transfers require at least 24 hours' notice.
  3. If a child or adult visiting The Little High Street is sick or infectious whilst onsite they must leave the premises immediately or will be asked to do so. No refunds or credits will be offered in these circumstances.
  4. The Little High Street reserve the right to deny admission or ask a person to leave that has already gained entry if they do not abide by our rules, if they pose a danger or threat to staff or customers, for any illegal activities or offensive behaviour. Fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated. Guilty parties will not receive refund if asked to leave for these reasons.
  5. Any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures or fittings of The Little High Street will be liable to pay for any damage caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to abide by our 'Rules of play'.
  6. Unless agreed privately with management, visitors may not bring outside food and drink into The Little High Street.
  7. Visitors must remove their shoes and wear socks in the play areas.
  8. No hot or cold food & drink or chewing gum is permitted in the play areas.
  9. Smoking is prohibited inside The Little High Street facilities and this includes the use of e-cigarettes and vapes.

Photography

  1. Customers may take photographs of their children for personal, private, and non-commercial use only. Please be mindful not to photograph other children.
  2. The Little High Street cannot be held responsible for any images posted on to a public website without prior permission from the persons in the photograph or their guardians.
  3. The Little High Street will never share images of visitors and their children on our website or social media pages without prior agreement in writing with those concerned.

Security & Safety

  1. CCTV is in operation throughout The Little High Street and is covered by our Privacy policy.
  2. All personal belongings and property brought into The Little High Street by visitors is done so at the owners risk. The Little High Street accepts no liability for any loss or damage to such property during a visit.
  3. The internal gate is secured by a latch for the safety and security of all visitors.
  4. All personal data collected will only be used to process bookings we do not sell or share personal data to anyone or any third parties
