We're located on the Harborne High Street (map location). Follow the sound of noisy children and you'll find us!

There is easily accessible pay and display parking within a minute's walk of the Harborne High Street. You can find it at 1 St. John's Road, Harborne, Birmingham, B17 9LD (map location).

Customers are welcome to use our buggy park but please be prepared to fold your prams during busy periods. Where possible, we suggest leaving them behind or in your car. Pushchairs cannot be taken into the cafe for health and safety reasons.

Everything is located on one-floor only.

Our daily sessions begin at either 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm. Each session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. We are open from Wednesday to Sunday 9.30am to close at 5pm.

You can pre-book here if you want to guarantee availability. Walk-in visits are fine too but we suggest planning your visit ahead of time to ensure we can fit you in. Please note, we have a maximum capacity limit for the safety of children and comfort of adults which we cannot exceed.

Unfortunately, all bookings are non-refundable (this policy applies in all circumstances). We will gladly transfer your booking to an alternate date and time subject to availability with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Our pre-defined play sessions allow us time to tidy up in between, which ensures that every child gets maximum playing time. You can turn up at any time during a play session but you will be required to leave at the end of that session even if you have not been there for the full duration.

If you or your child is unwell, please refrain from visiting our Play Cafe for at least 48 hours (or until no longer contagious in some cases).

Yes, they are more than welcome to hang out in our cafe! However, please keep in mind that an adult ticket will need to be purchased as they will be using the seating area. Our play area is specifically designed for children aged 0-5 years, so older children and adults are not permitted to use that space.

We are catered from babies up until five years old.

We ask that customers don't consume their own food and drink on-site to keep our environment safe for anyone with allergies. You are well catered for since our café serves plenty of food and drink options for you to enjoy during your visit.

To ensure a safe, inclusive and friendly environment for everyone whilst visiting the The Little High Street, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:
- Supervision Required: All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18 years or older). The adult must ensure the child behaves safely and appropriately in the Play Cafe.
- Footwear Policy: For hygiene reasons, no shoes are allowed in the play area. Socks must be worn by both adults and children. If you don't have socks, they can be purchased in-store, just ask a member of staff.
- Food and Drink: Please consume all food and drink in the cafe seating area only, no food or drink is permitted in the play area or while walking around the venue.
- Injuries and Accidents: If you notice any injuries, accidents or broken toys, please inform us immediately. A trained staff member is available to provide first aid if required.
- Personal Belongings: We want to remind everyone that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. To keep your items secure, please use the compartments provided in the benched seating.
- Photography: To maintain a respectful environment and protect the privacy of all families, we kindly ask that you only take photos of your own children. We'd love for you to capture and share memories at The Little High Street, but please be mindful of what you post on social media, ensuring that other parents and children are not included without their permission.
